Although third over the line in Junior Nationals at Canberra’s Stromlo, Issi was actually first Australian schoolgirl behind a Kiwi and a uni student. She was our 99th National cross-country medalist and the effort clinched her a USA/NCAA scholarship. Great junior career.
GOLD TAYLOR GOODWIN AJ 16yrs 6km 19.19
Dual national track gold medalist Taylor showed exceptional range when third behind the top two New Zealand juniors and 14secs ahead of the next best Aussie. He was also part of Qld’s gold medal-winning team.

Only 6secs off the medals and best Queenslander, Elke confirmed her class.
